Toni Starr  is a self-taught visual artist. Her areas of specialty involve using vibrant colors to create abstract art on diverse surfaces and materials. Her deepest passion includes face and body art in which she embraces her Sierra Leone, West African lineage and aims to empower others with her tribal-based designs. Her creativity is eclectic as she is also currently designing clothing and accessories that encompass the energy of elevation, empowerment, and evolution.
